Questions

How much does it cost to rent the hall per hour?

₹500 an hour on weekdays before 5 PM, ₹800 an hour on weekday evenings (5–10 PM), and ₹1,000 an hour on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Practice bookings have a 1-hour minimum; events have a 3-hour minimum. 18% GST is extra where applicable.

Can I host a kids' birthday party?

Yes. The birthday package is 3 hours for up to 40 guests: ₹3,999 on weekdays or ₹5,499 on weekends, with 30 minutes of free decorating time and your own cake and decor. Chairs and tables can be added for an extra charge. A ₹2,000 refundable deposit applies.

Is there parking?

Ask us when you book. Tell us how many cars to expect and we will tell you what is available for your date and time.

Can yoga or dance teachers book a fixed monthly slot?

Yes. The same 1-hour slot, Monday to Friday. Mornings (6–9 AM): ₹5,000 a month for 3 days a week, or ₹8,000 for all 5. Evenings (5–10 PM): ₹8,000 a month for 3 days a week, or ₹12,500 for all 5. Weekends are not part of monthly slots.

How much is the hall for a workshop or photo shoot?

A half day (4 hours) is ₹1,800 on weekdays or ₹3,600 on weekends. A full day (8 hours, 9 AM–5 PM) is ₹3,500 on weekdays or ₹7,000 on weekends. Weekday blocks end by 5 PM; after that the evening rate applies. Brand and commercial shoots are ₹1,000 an hour on any day, 3-hour minimum. Bring your own lights and tell us the total load when you book. A ₹2,000 refundable deposit applies.

Is the hall separate from the therapy centre?

Yes. Poorvam Studio has its own entrance, separate from the Poorvam Care therapy centre in the same building.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel free up to 48 hours before your booking. After that, 50% of the booking amount is kept. The ₹2,000 deposit for parties and events is refunded after the hall is checked.
